Nice article for college students..I have some small suggestion for them..
1. Walk or Bike to Class
2. Join an Intramural Sport
3. Go for a Walk with Friends
4. Take a Fitness Class as a Course
5. Check out your College Gym
These things really work for them in good exercising..Thank you!!

This is something I suggested to my kid… My kid played volleyball in high school, but is not playing in college. I have been trying to encourage my kid to continue playing just for the fun of it…
I think weight loss is all about three things – attitude, diet and exercise. From my experience, reducing carb intake and doing aerobic exercises are keys to successful weight loss.
